PMR are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to assist with the day to day running of an exciting Build to Rent development in Manchester. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the building, its services and amenities and our colleagues are working together to achieve the high brand standards.
The ideal candidate will be a warm, welcoming, people person with the ability to build relationships with residents, it's important for the ideal candidate to have a keen eye for detail, be well organised and meticulous in ensuring the running of the developments - a community feel for residents is key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with residents, maintaining customer databases for communications, and resolving or escalating any issues which may arise.
- Managing the lettings process within our business, ensuring a smooth move in and out experience.
- Supporting the sales and marketing team with the marketing of the residence to ensure it reaches occupancy and arrears are avoided.
- Completing regular building compliance walks to ensure; brand standards are met, there are no health and safety issues and items are in good working order
- Overseeing the localised delivery of events across the building.
- Ensuring the building is clean and maintained to the highest standard, managing issues with building maintenance and housekeeping.
- Reporting into the management team.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop, manage, and build the concierge team, supporting with recruitment and HR.
- Deputise for the Manager in their absence.
