- Description
Our client is currently seeking a cusomter service driven and personable night concierge to work at a prestigious residential building based in North West London.
The shift pattern will be Friday, Saturday & Sundays ( Day's 7am until 7pm ) & Monday , Tuesday ( Nights , 7pm - 7am )
12 hours per day ( 60 hour week )
Salary: £29,000 - £30,000 per annum
Main Duties
- Welcoming visitors into the building in a polite and friendly manner.
- Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required.
- Accurate Parcel Handling and recording.
- Dealing with all residents requests and complaints efficiently.
- Maintaining a log book of current and past contractors and on site visitors.
- Ensuring that the front desk is always covered & secure.
The Person
- Worked at a Residential Site Previously or 4*-5* Hotels.
- Excellent communicator.
- Very smart and well presented.
