Job Summary:
We are looking for a Building Safety Case Coordinator to join a team in London or Manchester. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting information from facilities managers and building managers, checking it against the Building Safety requirements, and submitting it as part of the building safety legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and collate information from facilities managers and building managers on all aspects of building safety, including fire safety, structural safety, and building design.
- Check all information against the relevant Building Safety regulations and standards.
- Identify any gaps in the information and work with facilities managers and building managers to rectify them.
- Prepare and submit building safety cases to the relevant authorities.
- Keep up to date with the latest Building Safety regulations and standards.
- Provide advice and support to facilities managers and building managers on all aspects of building safety.
Requirements:
- IOSH or NEBOSH certificate.
- Experience in facilities management and building safety.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
