Temporary Concierge

PMR provide on-site staff to high end residential apartments across London and are currently recruiting for temporary concierges to work with us across various developments based in Brighton. We are looking for 5* candidates who are immediately available and can be flexible with shift patterns.

Rates vary between £9 to £10 per hour + Holiday Pay.

Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + Saturday. (9am - 5pm)

You must be able to work on a 0 hour contract, have excellent customer service skills & dress immaculately.

Duties include:

• Welcoming visitors to the building in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required.
• Taking delivery of parcels and distributing to residents' lockers.
• Responding to resident queries promptly by telephone and email.
• Maintaining logbook of current and past contractors and onsite visitors.
• Key management including signing out of key cards to contractors and ensuring their prompt return

Candidates MUST have previous experience working in either residential or working in 4-5* hotels.
