My Client is looking for a caretaker/ Maintenance Opertive to join their luxary residential site in brighton.
Normal working hours will be Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.00pm ( Alternative weekends when required )
Salary is : 21,500pa
Duties
* Assist in the overall day-to-day housekeeping duties and upkeep of all development areas and block entrances.
* Attend briefing with line manager & Site staff to receive previous day development issues.
* To be conversant with all yearly site maintenance, health and safety scheduled programs.
* To be conversant with all door/gate entry systems and report any maintenance concerns.
* To report any internal and external maintenance issues.
* Refresh/deep cleaning duties of all bin and cycle store facilities and equipment.
* Along with all site staff to litter pick as and when required on a daily basis ensuring the development is litter free at all times when moving from block to block.
* Emptying and cleaning of all litter bins on the development.
* To be able to operate various cleaning tools and equipment in relation to all housekeeping duties including pressure washer.
* To assist the management team with the recommendation of supplies and tools required to allow all works to be undertaken to a high standard.
* To attend all site and head office training/meetings as and when required.
* To ensure all online E Learning modules are completed.
* To proactively look at ways to improving Site Standards.
*To assist with the monitor all contractors onsite with emphasis on Health and Safety.
* To be aware of all our nominated contractors in relation to all site logistics and in the event of the absence of Management and Maintenance to be versed and confident in organising attendance for emergency reactive works and thereafter communicated to the management team.
* To be fully conversant in all emergency procedures such as Flood, Fire, and Gas Escape.
* To take the appropriate action through liaison with the emergency services in the event of concerns over resident, staff or visitors welfare and safety.
* Assisting Management with any information required following an incident.
* To be conversant with all Site Standard Operating Procedures.
* To be conversant with all Security Logistics and awareness for the Development.
* Basic maintenance repairs to development when required.
* Painting and decorating of site when required.
