Business Development Manager (lettings)

A fantastic opportunity is available for a Lettings New Business Development Manager to join an fantastic growing property company. As a New Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and carrying out relevant property valuations and listings.

The Role

* Carrying out Lettings valuations and listings

* Work alongside the team to identify and maximize business opportunities (both within Lettings and other areas of the business)

* Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face

* Working towards and achieving personal and department targets

* Building strong relationships with local property owners

* Understanding the local market and competitors activity

* Maintaining the Group's Business Generation policy and maximizing all ancillary sales

The Person

* Driven and competitive mindset to achieve required targets

* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage a team to ensure targets are met

* Strong negotiation and communication skills

* Good knowledge of the local property market

* Previous experience of working as a Lettings Valuer

* Enjoy working with the public over the phone and face to face

* Ambitious and hardworking

* Must hold a Full UK valid driving license
