Luxury Day Concierge - High End Residence, SW3

We are working with a prestigious residential block based in the heart of South West London, actively seeking an experienced Day Concierge to join the team. We will be looking for an immaculately presented candidate who has experience in 5* hospitality or luxury 5* residential apartments.

Salary: £28,500 rising to £29,250 after successful probation

Rota: 4on 4off, 7am to 7pm

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of front of house concierge office.
• Assisting residents, contractors, and visitors when and where required.
• CCTV monitoring.
• Routine Patrols of the development.
• Electric meter and water reading for residents.
• Keeping a diary of all works and visits.
• Reporting Faults and Defects through appropriate channels.
• Answer telephone calls and emails and logging of messages.
• Signing in and out visitors and contractors.
• Receiving parcels and letters on behalf of residents then programming them on a parcel data base system before putting them on shelf for collection.
• Key Holding and management, programming fob keys and car remote control fobs for contractors and residents.
• Handing out keys and access fob to cleaners, residents and contractors as required.
• Able to give a clear and concise handover at the end of the shift.

Requirements:

• Experiencein 5* Hotel or Residential
• Reliable and timekeeping.
• Immaculate presentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Experience in the highest level of customer service.
• Be able to demonstrate initiative.
