Customer Service Assistant (Temp Role) - London locations

PMR are recruiting for Customer Service Assistants to join friendly, hardworking teams at student accommodation sites.

The contract will be 0 hours and have job offerings across various London locations, all within zones 1-2.

Pay: £11.95ph + VAT

Location: London (Various/Zones 1-2)

Times: Day Shifts

Job Description:

• Being the first point of contact for all students - responding to in-person, telephone & email requests.
• Ensure resident's issues are resolved efficiently, practically and in a timely manner.
• Accurately handling & distributing post.
• Light ad-hoc cleaning of the reception area.
• Relay accurate site updates and area information.
• Complete administrative tasks and successfully navigate internal IT systems.

Experience Required:

• Must have worked in a front desk role for a minimum of 2 years. Ideally in residential/hotel environments but this is not essential.

Person Specification:

• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• IT friendly.
• Can - do attitude.
• Bubbly, Energetic & Well Mannered.
