PMR are recruiting for Customer Service Assistants to join friendly, hardworking teams at student accommodation sites.
The contract will be 0 hours and have job offerings across various London locations, all within zones 1-2.

Times: Day Shifts
Job Description:
- Being the first point of contact for all students - responding to in-person, telephone & email requests.
- Ensure resident's issues are resolved efficiently, practically and in a timely manner.
- Accurately handling & distributing post.
- Light ad-hoc cleaning of the reception area.
- Relay accurate site updates and area information.
- Complete administrative tasks and successfully navigate internal IT systems.
Experience Required:
- Must have worked in a front desk role for a minimum of 2 years. Ideally in residential/hotel environments but this is not essential.
Person Specification:
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- IT friendly.
- Can - do attitude.
- Bubbly, Energetic & Well Mannered.
