We are a seeking a Block Manager to join our rapidly growing, independent property management company that specialises exclusively in this industry. The Role
Join our growing team as an experienced Property Manager. This role encompasses a dynamic blend of responsibilities, involving on-site visits, office collaboration, and remote work flexibility. As a Property Manager, you'll take a hands-on approach to ensure residents receive top-notch service, while also overseeing various aspects of property management.
- Conduct frequent site visits, documenting and resolving identified issues.
- Lead directors meetings and AGMs, including preparation, minutes, and circulation.
- Address resident queries and concerns promptly, ensuring efficient follow-through.
- Develop annual service charge budgets for accounts manager approval.
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to emails and calls within 24 hours on weekdays.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, maintaining accurate records.
- Supervise third-party contractors during projects and works.
- Assist in business development and marketing, including social media management.
- Handle sales packs and post-completion formalities.
The Person
We seek a motivated individual who thrives on delivering exceptional service. You should possess hands-on property management experience in the residential sector, enabling you to effectively engage with residents and address their concerns. A strong understanding of property management law and regulations is essential for advising residents. Experience in block management is a must, as candidates lacking this background will not be considered.
Should be IRPM Qualified to AIRPM or MIRPM
The Package:
- Salary: £33,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
