- Description
PMR are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join a well established provider of Build to Rent homes in Southwark!
OVERVIEW
The Lettings Manager will be focused on direct let enquiries face-to-face, on the phone and by email for this residential rental development. From initial enquiry to carrying out the viewings and referencing prospective tenants, scheduling inventories and key hand over at the beginning and end of tenancies, the right candidate needs to have a positive attitude towards a changing and fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and administrational skills are vital, with a keen eye for detail and passion for doing things the right way, not necessarily the easy way.
This is an onsite role based in the management office in Hammersmith, evolving to encompass other London locations once this particular development has achieved a stabilized status.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
DESCRIPTION- Conduct viewings, consistently delivering according to company best practice and reacting to mystery shopping feedback to improve prospective tenant experience.
- Process referencing files through the application process to completion, creation and signature of contracts and deposit registration/returns.
- Carry out legislative checks such as the Right to Rent, considering compliance at the heart of the business.
- Assist with the preparation of check-in and check-out reports, to ensure the tenant journey is smooth and well-managed.
- Utilize property management software to record transactions and forecast vacating units.
- Communicate effectively, whether face to face, via telephone or in writing, with residents and colleagues, clearly understanding and responding to them in a professional manner.
- Provide a warm and welcoming presence in the Site Management office, to greet visitors to the estate and respond to resident enquiries.
- Adhere to business operating processes, systems and standards.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with planned and reactive maintenance procedures, such that buildings are safe for both residents and employees.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years' experience in BTR, Hospitality or Student Accommodation
- Proven track records in delivering strong results against sales targets
- Excellent customer service skills.
