Aqua Vista
Our client are looking for a Day Concierge to work at a luxury residential block in East London.
The shift pattern will be Monday - Friday 8am- 5pm
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Manage all aspects of front of house concierge office
- Log all deliveries in the "signed when collected" books
- Review the overnight and weekend CCTV footage to see if anything occurred
- Check emails and answer phone for messages
- Routine Patrols of the development
- Check all block entrances/ exits
- Check all stairwell and lifts
- Check all bin stores, deal with any items not in bins
- Monitor the carpark to make sure only residents use the allocated spaces
- Assist Estate Agents with directions for viewings
Role Requirements
You will need to be:
- Customer focused, courteous and polite at all times, including while under pressure
- Professional and maintain company etiquette inside and outside working hour
- Strong at time keeping and time management
- Self-sufficient in terms of dealing with issues and equally adept at raising issues to management as required.
- Willing to assist residents with their requests
