We are actively recruiting for an experienced Live-In Building Manager to oversee the day to day operations on a residential building based in Chiswick, W4.
This role comes with live-in accommodation, which is a one bedroom apartment.
Salary, depending on experience, will range between £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
Core Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
You'll report into the Property Manager, overseeing a small team on site to ensure the day to day operations run smoothly.
We will be looking for an experienced candidate who comes from a background within residential, candidates must have a strong track record of leading and managing a team. You would be working closely alongside the residents committee to ensure their needs are met, providing a first class service for the residents within the block.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge on building maintenance, fantastic communication skills, both oral and written. You must possess a keen eye for detail and great IT skills.
