Temporary Residents Services Manager - Arborfield

PMR provide on-site staff to high end residential apartments across the UK and are currently recruiting for a temporary Residents Services Manager to work on an ongoing basis on a luxury Build to Rent, residential estate based in Arborfield.

We are looking for 5* candidates who are immediately available and can be flexible with shift patterns.

Rates vary between £10.85 - £11.50 per hour + Holiday Pay

Hours: Days, 8 hour shifts

You must be able to work on a 0 hour contract, have excellent customer service skills & dress immaculately.

Duties include:

• Welcoming visitors to the building in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required.
• Taking delivery of parcels and distributing to residents' lockers.
• Responding to resident queries promptly by telephone and email.
• Maintaining logbook of current and past contractors and onsite visitors.
• Key management including signing out of key cards to contractors and ensuring their prompt return
• Managing tenancy check in's and check out's
• Arranging viewings and property tours for potential tenants

Candidates MUST have previous experience working in either residential or working in 4-5* hotels.
