- Description
PMR are seeking a Renewals Coordinator to join a newly-formed Property Management team. The role is based permanently in Crawley, and will be responsible for responding to lettings enquiries and renewing tenancies for a portfolio across the South of England.
The Renewals Coordinator will be the first point of contact for all lettings enquiries, responsible for updating the property portals, conducting referencing, preparing ASTs, arranging move-ins, and managing renewals. The role will be required to deliver the highest levels of customer service to ensure residents have the best experience.
Responsibilities:
- Exceed all prospective enquiry and residents' expectations by going above and beyond and delivering exceptional customer service
- Regularly update all property portals (e.g. Rightmove) to ensure live availability and correct information is available
- Answer all incoming telephone, email and website letting enquiries; respond in a timely manner, provide all relevant information, and pre-qualify leads
- Book and schedule all apartment viewings with the on-site teams at each location
- Assist the on-site teams with converting viewings into lets and managing negotiations
- Conducting Right to Rent checks, managing the referencing process, registering Tenancy Deposits and the completion of Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreements (ASTs)
- Manage the CRM system to ensure all contacts with prospective residents are logged
- Oversee all renewals enquiries and ensure necessary paperwork is completed
- Conduct mystery shopping of competitor buildings to understand their offerings
- Agree and organise resident move ins, liaising with all key stakeholders to reduce the void period
- Respond to urgent requests out of hours as required
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable
- Previous experience in lettings, property management, residential (PRS, BTR or PBSA), hospitality, or customer service sectors would be desirable.
