Night Concierge - Luxury Residential Building

Our client is seeking a new Night Concierge with an SIA badge to join their team in East London.

Salary: £26,000 pa

Shift Pattern: 4on 4off night shifts 19:00pm - 07:00am

Requirements:

• Provide a high standard of customer service to our residents, client and guests
• To be welcoming, friendly, polite and smart at all times.
• Ensure that the building is maintained to the highest standards expected by the Landlord and Managing Agent and that the Building and Estate runs efficiently
• To co-ordinate the day to day running of the building liaising with residents to ensure all relevant information is communicated correctly and efficiently
• Statutory health and safety checks of the building
• Checking in and signing out of parcels
• Management of key holding and contractor attendance
• Distributing Post
• General Admin

Necesities:

• Professional attitude to service provision
• Ability to resolve complaints effectively and within procedures
• Can do attitude * Ability to work as an individual and part of a team
• Flexible approach * Friendly and helpful, polite and courteous
• At least 2 years' experience of working with the public is essential, ideally in a service related, customer facing capacity
• Must hold a valid SIA Licence

The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
