- Description
Our client is a well established managing agent based in Central London. Due to natural expansion they are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join the team.
Main responsibilities:
- Provision of budgets, financial reports and year end accounting services.
- Supervision of client site staff.
- Landlord and Tenant Act advice.
- Supervision of maintenance contracts with particular emphasis on value for money.
- Attendance at client meetings and regular formal and informal client liaison and reporting.
- Overall responsibility for all client based service provision on the portfolio in accordance with the management agreement and SHW quality assurance procedures.
- Co-ordination of major works and external consultants, if any.
- Site visits and inspections.
- Ensuring delivery of service concurs with quality assurance procedures, RICS and ARMA codes and good practice generally.
- In addition the postholder will be responsible for seeking to enhance the client relationship by referring other SHW services when appropriate.
- Oversee and maintain income levels on the portfolio.
- Assist Director with annual and half yearly budgetary reviews. Assist with new business enquiries and marketing initiatives generally.
- Participate in departmental strategy and service standard delivery.
- Deputise for the Director when necessarry.
The person:
- 5 yrs+ Property Management.
- Experience IRPM qualification is desirable.
- Team player.
- Full, clean valid driving licence.
- Patience Good communication skills.
- Well organised.
