The Role

• Manage a portfolio of properties in South London, ensuring compliance with regulations and lease agreements.
• Conduct property inspections, supervise maintenance and repairs, and collaborate with contractors.
• Prepare budgets, handle financial matters, and provide timely reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, residents, and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in property management.
• Must hold an AIRPM qualification.
• Strong knowledge of property regulations, health and safety standards, and lease agreements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant property management software and MS Office Suite.
• Professionalism, integrity, and a customer-oriented approach.

The Package

In return for your expertise and dedication, our client offers a competitive salary of £40,000 along with a car allowance. You will enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote role, with the option to work from the office as frequently as desired. Additionally, you will receive a lucrative car allowance.
