Description

We are working with a client who manage a residential development based in Maidenhead, SL6, seeking a temporary Caretaker to cover 2 weeks' annual leave in August.

Dates: 1st August to 5th August & 8th August to 12th August (Tuesday to Saturdays)

Hours: Wed/Fri/Sat - 8am-Midday & Tues/Thurs - 3pm-7pm

Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour + Holiday Pay

Duties:

  • Clearing of bin stores and moving bins around.
  • Clearing the main grounds of litter.
  • Checking plant and managed areas.
  • Sweeping and litter picking.
  • Building patrols, reporting any issues to the Property Manager.
  • Checks and cleans, if necessary, lift interiors, hallways and doors on a daily basis. In addition, cleans pedestrian entrance gates, intercom, handrails on a weekly basis or when necessary.

  • Daily system checks e.g. Plant Room equipment/Boilers etc.
