- Description
We have various temporary roles available for Caretakers/ Estate Operatives to work across luxury residential developments across London.
Hours: vary between 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm
Pay rate: £11 - £12 per hour + Holiday Pay
Duties:
- Clearing of bin stores and moving bins around.
- Clearing the main grounds of litter.
- Checking plant and managed areas.
- Sweeping and litter picking.
- Building patrols, reporting any issues to the Property Manager.
- Checks and cleans, if necessary, lift interiors, hallways and doors on a daily basis. In addition, cleans pedestrian entrance gates, intercom, handrails on a weekly basis or when necessary.
Daily system checks e.g. Plant Room equipment/Boilers etc.
- CCTV Monitoring
- Operation of site machinery - Tug/Sweeper/Scrubber
