Description

Our client is currently seeking to take on a new permanent security guard for their extremely high end residential site in Kensington.

Shift Pattern: 4 days on 4 days off - 07:00am - 19:00pm (day shifts)

General Responsibilities:

  • Regular Patrols of site.
  • Monitoring CCTV operations.
  • Reporting any suspicious or unusual behaviour to the relevant person or team.
  • Guarding lobbies or entrances and ensuring all safety protocols are being met.
  • Effectively responding to emergencies.
  • Monitoring traffic in and out of the site.
  • Communicating with residents.
  • Liaising with the concierge and property manager.
  • Assisting any residents with queries they may have.

Personal Specification:

  • Desired to come from an ex-military background.
  • Minimum 1 year security experience.
  • MUST hold an SIA
  • Must have superb communications and customer service skills.
