Weekend Concierge - Luxury Residential Building

Our cleint is looking for a customer support assistant to join their team at a luxury student accomodation building located in Kings Cross on weekends.

Shift Pattern: It will be a mix of early and late shifts on weekends (Saturday and Sundays):

• Early - 07:30 - 16:00
• Late - 12:00 - 20:30

Typically rotating on a week to week basis.

Salary: £10,480

Job Description:

• You will be the first point of contact.
• Going above and beyond to deliver excellent resident service.
• Providing a practical and timely solution to their problem, which may include communicating maintenance issues with your colleagues.
• Helping out with parcels and post queries.
• Loaning out items - e.g. hoovers, fans, ironing boards etc.
• Helping to run our social events - together with our university partners.
• Assisting contractors, visitors and our university partners with their requirements.
• You'll be carrying out checks and building walks - logging all your observations on an iPad.
• Inspecting our communal areas; our power house - the plant room, the lifts and the corridors, residents' rooms
• Carrying out a room inspection or showing a potential resident one of our suites or studios.

Requirements:

• Have a customer service background of at least 1 year.
• Be friendly and personnable.
• Be committed to working weekends.
• Good time keeping.
• Good level of computer literacy.

The successful person must have strong administrational skills outstanding customer service skills. Experience within hospitality/residential developments is desirable.
