Our client is looking for a high calibre candidate for a night porter role based at a luxury, large residential development in North London NW11.
Rota/Hours:
Monday - Friday 9pm until 6:30amOur client is looking for a high calibre candidate for a night porter role based at a luxury, large residential development in North London NW11.
Salary:
£25,000 - £27,000 per annum.
Rota/Hours:
Saturday night- Sunday morning - 23.00 - 10.00
Sunday night-Monday morning - 18.00 - 06.30
Previous experience working in luxury apartments or 4/5* hotels would be desirable.
Candidates must be immaculately presented, possess strong customer service skills and be able to abide by procedures set by the managing agents. Experience in security or maintenance backgrounds will also be an advantage.
Duties will include;
-Manning the reception desk
-Security patrols of the development on a regular basis
-Dealing with any queries or issues from residents
-Ensuring no trespassers gain entry to the development
-Looking into maintenance issues for residents where able (such as checking communal boiler rooms and resetting electricity switches if and when needed)
The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
