- Description
Our client is looking for a Estate Director to mobilise the site at new Development in East London.
You will have the responsibility for the effective and efficient management of the development.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
Duties:
- Manage all operations onsite.
- Delivering effective service levels and acting as the representative towards customers and clients.
- Ensuring all aspects of the development are fully presentable, serviced and properly maintained.
- Identify and deliver on-going training needs to support the team.
- Risk and PPM Management.
- Effective cost control and review of expenditure and accounts.
- Undertake required risk assessments, health and safety checks and routine testing requirements ensuring concerns are acted upon and completed within the given timeframe.
- Carry out regular inspection audits of the site and take/organise remedial action if and when required.
- Helping to enhance the customer's experience.
Role Requirements:
- Experience in managing staff and demonstrating leadership.
- Have a strong knowledge of maintenance and Health and Safety management.
- Previous exposure to finance and service charge budgeting.
- Exposure to client reporting and sticking to deadlines.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication.
Desirable Requirements:
- Exposure to multiple tenure types.
- AIRPM
- Previous experience working with amenities.
You must have a strong solid proven track record within a similar environment, an understanding of building maintenance and residential property law, knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace and carrying out risk assessments.
The successful candidate will be IT literate, have excellent communication, organisational and time management skills as well as being truly motivated, tenacious, and resourceful.
