Job title: Front Desk Porter
Shift Pattern: Monday- Friday 2pm - 9.30pm
Main purpose of job: Monitor CCTV to minimise any incidents, provide service and assistance for all residents. Ensure grounds are clean and tidy.
Main tasks of job:
Attending to the Reception Area
Monitor CCTV and report any problems to House Manager or his deputy
Answer reception telephone and deal with enquiries and relay messages
All incoming parcels to be recorded, advise resident or store and keep safe for collection
Keep record of all contractors coming to property
Record the issue of keys held for flats at all times. Owner to sign out and back in. Audit check of keys weekly
Assist residents with heavy shopping/luggage, as required
Enter any incident or issue in reception day diary
Keep the site clean and tidy at all times and clear of leaves, ice and snow, when applicable
Other reasonable tasks as directed by the House Manager
Collect Garbage and sweep common areas if required
Collect and deliver evening papers daily
