Team Leader - Regional Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple branches within a defined region, ensuring their continued success and growth. As the Regional Manager, you will be a key player in driving business growth, maintaining excellent customer service, and developing strong relationships with our clients. The Role

• Reviewing the diary of tasks across the portfolio and ensuring that the team are able to meet these
• Reviewing the KPIs supporting the team to achieve these
• Reporting on general matters on each estate
• Supporting the team to build planned maintenance schedule
• Training and development
• Ensure that health & safety legislation, policies and recommendations are adhered to at all times. Ensure appropriate Health & Safety reports are maintained and actioned appropriately for each estate
• Handle reported maintenance issues in a timely and effective manner
• Managing insurance across portfolio

The Person

• MIRPM
• 8 years management experience
• Strong experience of budget management
• Knowledge of relevant legislation
• Must have a Driving license

£60,000 pa.
