An excellent day concierge is required forthe residences at a brand-new super prime scheme launching in Southbank.
Shift Pattern: 4 days on 4 days off; 7am -7pm
Start Date: May/June 2023
The Role:
- The concierge will be the first point of contact for residents and guests arriving at the residences.
- They will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and their guests, it will be their duty to create memorable experiences for the residents.
- They will need to have a strong passion for delivering great service in a professional manner and be able to work well under pressure.
- They will greet residents and their guests upon arrival, manage all calls and emails to the concierge desk, manage all residential deliveries.
- They will assist with ad-hoc resident requests such as transportation bookings, restaurant bookings, theatre bookings and dry-cleaning requests.Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years hospitality experience as a concierge within London super-prime,residential schemes
* Must have excellent communication skills and customer service skills
* Service driven, understand the importance of going the 'extra mile'
* Experience serving UHNWIs
* Good knowledge of Central London and surrounding local area
