- Description
We are working with a luxury residential development based in West London, looking to hire a Day Concierge to join the team! Candidates will have experience working in a similar position within residential or 4-5* hotels.
Salary: £24,000
Shift Pattern: 4on 4off - 07:00am - 19:00pm
Main Duties:
- Manage all aspects of front of house concierge office.
- Assisting residents, contractors, and visitors when and where required.
- Routine Patrols of the development.
- Electric meter and water reading for residents.
- Keeping a diary of all works and visits.
- Signing in and out visitors and contractors, managing door access.
- Receiving parcels and letters on behalf of residents then programming them on a parcel data base system before putting them on shelf for collection.
- Key Holding and management, programming fob keys and car remote control fobs for contractors and residents.
- Handing out keys and access fob to cleaners, residents and contractors as required.
- Able to give a clear and concise handover at the end of the shift.
Requirements:
- Experience in Residenital or 4/5* Hotels.
- Reliable and good timekeeping.
- Immaculate presentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Customer service orientated.
- Be able to demonstrate initiative.
