Description

PMR are seeking a Community Manager for a brand new, iconic build to rent scheme in Manchester. You will be leading on the mobilisation and move in of the entire project as well as striving to engage the local community with the aim of making this scheme the best to live and visit in Manchester. As well as the residential aspect you will have management responsibility for the wider estate, with key stakeholder engagement/management a priority for you. We are looking for an innovator, customer service ambassador and people person in every sense of the word.

Duties:

  • Lead on key mobilisation phases, ensuring smooth transitions and handover
  • Recruit and train your full onsite team with service in mind at all times
  • Oversee contractors onsite, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety
  • Lead on branding, placemaking and engagement across the development. Use the development identity for marketing purposes as well as placemaking
  • Take a view on the customer journey at all times, taking a proactive stance/remedying issues as they arise
  • Organise key stakeholder meetings throughout the handover/move in process
  • Lead on the schemes KPI's including lets/voids and customer service scores
  • Act as point of escalation on serious matters, remedying issues as required
  • Organise events for residents and the local community
  • Strive to make this the best place to live and work!
