Residential Day Concierge Role - Kensington

We're looking for an immaculately dressed, well spoken & proactive concierge to work at a large apartment block in Kensington - just 15 minutes away from Hyde Park!

Shift Pattern: 4 on - 4 off

Time: 8:00am - 20:00pm

Location: SW7, Kensington

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (relative to experience)

Job Description:

• Offering a warm and professional welcome to visitors and entering their details into the visitor log.
• Doing regular patrols of the site.
• Ad-Hoc Cleaning.
• Overseeing the safe keeping of the building's keys to allow access for maintenance and repairs when necessary.
• Contributing to the maintenance of the building by reporting faults or damage to fixtures and fittings.
• Overseeing deliveries and signing for packages when required.
• Building rapport with residents, contracters and stakeholders.
• Acting as a first point of contact for queries and complaints.
• Completing site report.
• Liaising with housekeeping, cleaning and grounds-keeping staff to ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum 1 years concierge experience in a residential concierge role.
• Minimum 1year 6months concierge experience at a luxury hotel.
• Must be able to provide 2 references and undergo DBS checks.

Desirable but NOT essential:

• Fluent in Arabic
