Description

PMR are currently recruiting for new temporary staff for upcoming Caretaker shifts across luxury residential developments in London.

Shift hours will vary depending on which Client, and salary will range between £9.20ph - £10 per hour

- Cleaning of communal internal and external areas s
- Removing any dumped refuse bags
- Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces
- Cleaning windows within easy reach.
- Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.
- Reporting required repairs/maintenance in communal areas.
- Bin collections
- General cleaning
- Basic minor maintenance issues
- Basic Gardening (Watering of plants etc)

Previous experience working within residential would be great, otherwise similar customer service based roles would be fine.

You must have two excellent references and be willing to potentially undertake vetting checks
