Property Manager - Coventry

PMR are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Property Manager to join one of the leading Student Accommodation providers in the UK!

This role is to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day between 8:00am and 7:00pm.

The successful candidate will provide strong leadership to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service through sales, maintenance, and housekeeping provision. You will work closely with the wider business, to support the embedding of the Company values within the eam and ensure that everyone has what they require to perform to the best of their ability.

The most exciting time of year is September, when the successful candidate will take ownership of the check-in/out and room turnaround process. You will need to have excellent communication skills, as you help support our new intake and manage any customer related or operational issues.

You will have the support of the wider business and an exceptional area and regional team as you navigate this journey.

Person Specification

• Previous experience of managing a team within a similar role or environment
• The ability to present and analyse information in an accurate and appropriate format
• Excellent organisation skills
• Ability to work in a team, lead, motivate and inspire
• Excellent IT skills including experience of Microsoft office software
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements is desirable but not essential
