- Description
PMR provide on-site staff to high end residential apartments across the UK. Our client has a very presitigious building based in Fitzrovia and is recruiting a temp to perm Day Concierge to join the team.
Rates vary between £10 - £10.85 per hour + holiday pay & bank holidays are double pay.
Duties include:
- Welcoming visitors to the building in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required.
- Taking delivery of parcels and distributing to residents' lockers.
- Responding to resident queries promptly by telephone and email.
- Maintaining logbook of current and past contractors and onsite visitors.
- Key management including signing out of key cards to contractors and ensuring their prompt return
The person:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Dress immaculately.
- Pro-active.
- IT skills.
- Hospitality or residential experience.
Candidates MUST have previous experience working in either residential or working in 4-5* hotels.
