We are working with a luxury residential development based in Central London, looking to hire a Day Concierge to join the team! Candidates will ideally have 1-2 years + experience working in a similar position within residential or 4-5* hotels.
Rota: Monday to Friday, Midday to 4pm (Day Shifts)
Salary: Between £14,000 to £16,000
Duties:
- Maintain constant surveillance of building premises areas providing maximum visibility.
- Ensure that all persons entering the building are authorized to do so.
- Complete any Incident Reports, Daily Activity Reports, or other written documents when required.
- Receiving parcels on behalf of residents.
- Enforce rules and policies of the property.
- Key handling: keeping log of service/ contractor and residents keys.
- Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors as required.
- Report any damages found to the management.
- Answer alarms and investigate disturbances within the blocks and premises.
- Ensuring all gates, doors, lifts, entrances and exits are all working fine and secure.
- Patrolling the block to ensure every floor is secure and free of any items left in communal areas.
- Answering calls and emails from residents, agents and contractors.
- Showing contractors around when repairs or servicing are required as instructed by the managing agent.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Call the Police or Fire Service in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
