Great opportunity for experienced Day Concierge at a luxury residential scheme in Hyde Park, London.

Shift Pattern: 4 days on 4 days off; 7am -7pmSalary: £30,000pa
The Role:
Be the ambassador for the brand and the development, responsible for creating an atmosphere of ease and exclusivity for all residents and their guests, whilst delivering the highest service standards possible. The Day Concierge will be one of the first points of contact, greeting residents and their guests upon arrival, managing all telephone/intercom calls and emails to the concierge desk. You will direct, co-ordinate and plan essential central services such as guest arrivals, deliveries, post, valet collections, amenity bookings, housekeeping, security, waste disposal and recycling. The Day Concierge will focus on the day-to-day residents and guests of the building, delivering duties to an exceptional standard. You will assist with ad-hoc resident requests such as transportation bookings, restaurant bookings, spa treatment bookings, theatre bookings and dry-cleaning requests.The Candidate:
- Excellent quality customer service for the development, its residents, and guests.

- Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with team members, onsite staff, residents, guests, and contractors, working collaboratively to achieve overall business outcomes.
- Take personal responsibility for understanding and following the company's Health & Safety policies and practices, demonstrating personal engagement with safety, and proactively identifying risks and hazards and continuously improve safety performance.
- Work very closely with the Duty Manager with the implementation of SOP manuals, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years hospitality experience as a concierge within London super-prime hotels or residential scheme
- Must have excellent communication skills and customer service skills, with an understanding of H&S and security operations
- Must be assertive, show initiative and have a very keen eye for detail.
- Wear correct uniform at all times and maintain impeccable standards of appearance, personal hygiene, behaviour and discipline.
