Our client is currently looking for a Caretaker to work in a residential development based in West London.
Hours:
Saturday to Wednesday, 7am - 5pmSalary:
£25,000-25,500 paMain purpose of the job:
To provide general caretaking for the building.Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Daily bin rotations within the bin rooms, and rotations out of the bin rooms on collection days
- Litter Picking
- Sweep and clear main entrances and communal spaces
Person Specification:
- Previous experience within residential or hotel environment in a similar role
- Honest and Reliable, with good time keeping
- Team Player
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
