- Description
Our client is currently looking for a Porter to work at a luxury residential development in St John's Wood, London NW8.
Working hours:
Monday - Friday: 8am-5pm
Saturdays: 8am-12pm
(49 hours per week)Salary:
£37,000pa (£14.52ph)Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Be present in the lobby, handling incoming residents, visitors, contractors, post & parcels
- Always open the door for tenants and be courteous and helpful at all times
- Make a note in the diary of any tenant moving in or out and if new and follow procedures
- Screening visitors/contractors and controlling access to building
- Regular cleaning of communal areas, sweeping external areas, wiping stains on glass etc.Person Specification:
- Previous experience within residential or hotel environment in a similar role
- Honest and Reliable
- Team Player
- Works well under pressure
