Night Concierge
Location - Marylebone, London W1U
Hours - 19:00 - 07:00 4 Nights on 4 Nights off

The Role and Duties:

The concierge will be the first point of contact for residents and guests arriving. They will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and their guests, it will be their duty to create memorable experiences for the residents. They will need to have a strong passion for delivering great service in a professional manner and be able to work well under pressure.

Their main duties will include:

* Ensure excellent levels of customer service during the evenings and at night for all residents and their guests.
* Assist with resident and client requests, delivering an excellent bespoke service and be an ambassador at all times.
* Conduct regular site inspections and security patrols, during the evening and at night, of the site and report any issues that arise.
* Manage and monitor contractors and building works that may be taking place and to ensure all Health and Safety measures are being adhered to at all times.
* Be responsible for the inspection and presentation of reception area and common parts of the site, ensuring these remain presentable at all times; light cleaning duties may be required.

The Candidate:

* Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star or luxury residential property.
* Must have a strong command of the English language.
* Must have excellent communication, customer service and Microsoft Office skills.
* Good understanding of Health and Safety.
* Experienced car driver with a valid and clean UK driving license essential.
