Dates:

Monday - Friday 7am - 1pm

Saturday 7am - 1pm

Concierge Duties:

  • Communicate directly with residents, contractors and clients on all issues relating to Site, in person or by email or telephone

  • Ensure all contractor works are approved before commencement with the Property Manager and ensuring all site documentation is completed and works are conducted in line with HSE guidance and sign-off works once completed as appropriate.

  • Ensure compliance is met and risk control measures are maintained

  • To walk the perimeter of the site on a daily basis to ensure there are no anti-social behaviour occurring or any issues that need to be dealt with and reported.

  • Ensure all incident reporting is adhered to on site and correct escalation protocols are followed. Must report communal faults to the Property Manager and deal with incidents as agreed with the Property Manager.

  • To inspect the trees in the rear garden area on a weekly basis and if necessary, water the trees and fill the trees reservoirs with accordance to the Landscaping Maintenance Spec. To always communicate with the property manager whenever the trees have been watered.

  • Answer phone and email inquiries from residents and potential guests in a timely and respectful manner

  • Be familiar with the O&M Manual and to carry out small, simple fixtures as and when is needed in both communal areas and within properties as agreed.

  • To be able to demonstrate the appliances, heating, and other control systems within the flats to help owners and to make the Property Manager aware of any issues.

  • Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended

  • Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, packages, etc

  • Ensure that guest spaces and the lobby area is clean and tidy at all times, the lobby area must be hoovered daily. Ensure the Concierge desk and office is also always clean and tidy.

  • Act as a liaison between guests and any department necessary including the managing agent, maintenance team and contractors, etc

  • Anticipate guests needs in order to accommodate them and provide exceptional customer service

  • To be a master key-holder (must always gain written permission before entering owner's properties).

  • To be flexible within operation and in approach to the role

  • Any other Ad-hoc duties which may be required
