Verto HR are looking for well presented and confident Club Supervisor for Luxury Residential Development. The residential tower consist of 190 residential units and offers spa, swimming pool, gym and cinema facilities.
Hours:4 on 4 off, 11:00 - 23:00, 42 Hours per week
Salary: £30,000 PA
Start Date: ASAP
Reports to: Assitant Estate ManagerDuties:
* Greeting residents and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
* The effective running of all the facilities in B2 (including pool, jacuzzi, gym, treatment rooms and changing rooms) as well as the 24th floor Lounge
* Ensuring two-hourly pool tests are carried out as per standard and any concerns are raised immediately
* Effective communication with the appointed maintenance company (Motive8) to ensure any faults and defects are raised in a timely manner, chasing of repairs and follow up with repairs done on their weekly site visit
* Productive email communication with residents and team members
* Ensuring every new resident will be inducted and documentation will be signed according to standards
* Ensure Treatment room bookings are booked in as requested by residents and waivers are signed prior access being provided
* Monitoring of stock and monthly stock takes
* Preparation of hot and cold drinks
* Arranging off resident events, if requested, and ensuring cover is booked accordingly if required
* Taking credit card payments using sumup
* General spot cleaning during the day as required
* Raising of any H&S issues or concerns
* Handover to the other Supervisor to ensure that the operation runs smoothly
* Help with the cinema if requiredRequirements:

* Good understanding of Health & Safety
* Good customer service skills
* Effective use of Outlook and good reporting skills
* Good organisation
* Previous customer service role and basic understanding of bar work
