Description

PMR are looking for experienced, driven and hard working Maintenance Operatives to be based on a high-end luxury Residential development in Bournemouth.
Hourly rate of £12.98ph including Holiday Pay.
Hours of working will vary, and shift hours can change between 4 hours to 8 hours.
Duties will include:
- Health and Safety checks throughout the whole building
- Fixing and changing light bulbs 
- Flushing and Fire Alarm tests
- Light maintenance works
