Site Supervisor - Luxury Residential

Our client is looking for an experience Site Supervisor who will be based on a luxury, residential development based in East London.

You will be working Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm

Probation period - 6 months

Salary: £40,000 including 20 days annual leave.

Main duties will include:

• Liaising with residents and others and always offering high levels of customer care
• Being the eyes and ears for the management company and ensuring that site is managed to a high level on a day-to-day basis.
• Conducting regular building patrols and wherever possible changing light bulbs and carrying out light maintenance tasks
• Compiling reports, end of month salaries and spreadsheets as business/ management requires
• Supervisor to the concierge team - 3
• Ensuring site complies with all H&S -Ensuring that the Rules &Regulation and Lease are upheld.
• Liaising with contractors as to all communal related matters

Suitable Candidate Should:

• Have experience within the Residential Development or Hotel Industry-
• Be prepared to deal with site related matters out of hours.
• Be prepared to respond to emails out of hours/ as and when required.
• Be able to work on his/her own and make decisions.
• Computer literate
• Must have a good command of spoken and written English.
• Be very much focused on a can-do attitude with nothing being too much trouble.
