- Description
Our client is looking for a permanant secuirty guard for a luxury residential building in Pimlico. To work Monday to Fridays, 8-10hours a day.(Hours to be confirmed). Please note the cleint requires SIA lisences to be held and valid.
Salary: £29,400 per annum
Responsibilities:
To ensure that the highest levels of customer care and service are maintained at all times.
To be noticeable and make residents feel safe.
Ensure effective security of residents and the building at all times including manning the CCTV and completing patrols.
Taking appropriate action in the event of an emergency.
The successful applicant must have:
**Hold a valid SIA**
- At least 2 years working in the security industry.
- Exceptional written and spoken English Language Skills
- Exceptional communication skills (explaining, negotiating, reasoning)
- Professional attitude and conduct
- Reliable and punctual
- Polite, courteous, respectful
- Willing and helpful
- Good customer service skills
- A calm and diplomatic approach
- Confidence and assertiveness
- Smart presentation/appearance
