Temporary Concierge - High End Apartments - Colchester

PMR provide staff to high end residential apartment blocks and are currently seeking temporary staff to work for us on zero hour contracts in Colchester.

This is a customer service focused role, where you will be liaising with residents providing generic receptionist duties with a focus on resident satisfaction.

You will be required to keep the development clean, tidy and well presented as well as take out the bins and patrol the development.

Hourly rates vary between £9.80 - £11.95 per hour + Holiday Pay

Shifts hours: 8am to 5pm

• To meet and greet the residents, answer enquiries by telephone, email or callers to the front desk.
• Assist the residents, guests and visitors with reasonable job tasks and individual requests to be dealt with efficiently whilst maintaining reception cover.
• To ensure that the highest levels of customer care and service are maintained at all times.
• Maintin the cleanliness of the development
• Take out bins
• Ensure effective security of residents and the building at all times including manning any CCTV and aid the smooth running of car parking facilities.
• Taking appropriate action in the event of an emergency and immediately advising your manager.
• Responsible for all deliveries to main reception desk, receiving and safekeeping of all parcels/registered mail.

We are seeking candidates who have worked within the 4/5* hospitality sector and have luxury hotel or residential block experience.

Successful applicant must provide two references and will also undertake a disclosure check for unspent criminal convictions.
