Description

PMR are seeking a part time Customer Service Associate to provide support to the Resident Services team in the delivery of a high quality service for the benefit of clients and tenants in a Build to Rent development in Horsham. The successful candidate will be a good team player with strong organisational and communication skills (both verbal and written), have the ability to work under pressure and a willingness to learn. A self-motivated individual, they will also be able to demonstrate reliability, flexibility and initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritise customer service, ensuring residents have the best possible experience, and become our ambassadors
  • Complete administrative tasks such as maintenance requests, filing, tenancy management and monitoring the email inbox
  • Support resident events and activities
  • Assist in the management of resident tenancies, including, move-in and move-out processes, and anything in between
  • Responding to resident queries and concerns where required
  • Meet and greet with new tenants; providing keys, new tenancy information and apartment orientation tours
  • Assisting the Leasing Manager with initial enquiries, booking in viewings and undertaking viewings
  • Carrying out regular inspections of communal areas
  • Organising access for contractors to complete maintenance works within both apartments and communal area's
  • Handling of social media accounts; responding to comments and posting
  • Assist Managers in processing paperwork for new offers and tenancy renewals
  • Completing relevant tenancy checks as required such as right to rent etc
  • Seeking special offers and discounts for residents from local businesses
  • Creating a community feel through communication, events and innovations

20 Hours per week with availability on Saturdays.
