Description

My client is currently looking for a temporary administrative staff on their luxury residential site in Croydon. This is a temporary role, though is currently on a rolling basis pending permanent recruitment needs. Coverage is likely to continue for a couple of months.

Role: Temporary Development Administrator

Commencing: 1st February 2023

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

Hours: 8am - 2pm

Rate: £11.95ph

Reporting to: Development Manager

Duties to include:

  • Assisting the site manager in the day to day running of site
  • To ensure that any defects or damages within the communal areas are reported at the earliest opportunity so that a maintenance plan can be put in place to rectify the issues.
  • Coordinate and document the electric readings for all Blocks including development of a master spreadsheet of usage by Block and month.
  • To maintain the COSHH assessment folder to ensure it's up to date, including an annual review
  • As Concierge check and screen all visitors and guests and any contractor staff, ensuring they have permission to be present in the building.
  • Meet and greet the residents and other key stakeholders, answering enquiries by telephone, door entry system, email or callers to the respective desk.
  • Call contractors to attend to site (develop relations with contractors) + chase them when they have not attended
  • Work orders need to be raised through another staff member, collect all WO in the day and email to Natalie before end of shift.

Personal Spec:

  • Organised and efficient
  • Good telephone and email etiquette
  • Ability to deal with customers and clients in a friendly yet professional manner
  • Previous experience on a residential development or property administration is highly desired

*Please note that the start date of February 1st is set and negotiations on this can only be discussed within reason, due to needs of the business. Once work commences, you must be able to commit to all if not the majority of dates required - applications for part time coverage of this position will not be accepted.
