Day Concierge (with license) - Knightsbridge, London SW1

Our client, a brand new, super prime residential building in the heart of Knightbridge is looking for a Day Concierge / Valet to join their team!

Working hours: 4 on, 4 off; 7am - 7pm

The Role

* The Day Concierge/Valet will focus on the day-to-day of the residents and guests, delivering duties to an exceptional standard.
* They will excel on the concierge services, amenity operations, security and housekeeping to ensure integration is seamless and a consistent vision is delivered.
* They will direct, co-ordinate and plan essential central services such as guest arrivals, deliveries, post, bookings, cleaning, waste disposal and recycling.
* Any significant lifestyle requests will be referred to the Residential Director for assistance.
* Working alongside the Building Team, you will ensure the multiple service elements operate effectively to create a seamless one-team approach.

* Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with team members, onsite staff, residents, guests, and contractors working collaboratively to achieve overall business outcomes.
* Take personal responsibility for understanding and following the company's Health & Safety policies and practices, demonstrating personal engagement with safety, and proactively identifying risks and hazards and continuously improve safety performance.
* Work closely with the Residential Director with the implementation of SOP manuals, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years hospitality experience as a concierge within London super-prime, residential schemes.
* Must have excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
* Must be service driven, understand the importance of going the 'extra mile'.
* Experience serving UHNWIs.
* Clean UK driving licence held for no less than two years preferred, to assist with valet service if required.
