Receptionist - Luxury Commercial Building
Reception. Front of House. Commercial Office.
Salary: £35,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 - 17:30
Location: Kensington, London
Our client focus on the high-end, luxury residential market in London. They have over forty projects under contract totaling over £10 billion, and work with some of London's most famous clients and developments.
The project is a brand-new, opulent mixed-use property that is situated in Kensington.
The complex consists of three buildings that house offices, retail, and residential space. Two levels of basement space connect the buildings to a central courtyard.
The receptionist is the first point of contact for all visitors. An intelligent, trustworthy person who can meet clients with a smile and manage all incoming requests will be the ideal applicant.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage 50-100 calls on a lnClarity Switchboard on average each day
- Coordinate with the IT Department for any switchboard-related issues
- Welcome all visitors and guests
- Checking visitors into Sky Visitor
- Sign in deliveries and get in touch with the necessary people by phone or email
- On-demand scheduling of couriers for overnight and same-day deliveries to the UK and London, as well as handling any courier-related concerns
- Informing the property management team of any security or building issues
- Transmit a quarterly facilities update including information about couriers, etc
- Take care of Reception and see to it that the space is maintained neat
- Undergo First Aider training
- Be aware of Emergency Evacuation Procedures
The Candidate:
- Excellent telephone manner
- High level of education
- Clear speaking and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, and SAP on a computer
- Some knowledge of French preferred but not required
- The capacity to interact with individuals and take calls in a manner that reflects company's principles and premium image
