As the maintenance operative you will contribute to our vision of being the leading residential property manager, as recognised by others by:

• Undertaking all minor maintenance around the Development
• Achieving high standards of performance within a team of individuals to help create a welcoming, friendly and courteous environment within the development.
• Providing a safe, secure and well maintained environment to customers

Main Responsibilities

• Daily visible check and works planned and conditions report to be compiled across the entire estate.
• Ensure tidiness of development is maintained - clean water features of all litter and leaves, clean out all bin store areas, sweep all hard surfaces including footpaths and all car-parking areas etc.
• Maintain all equipment and storage facilities keeping them in good working order.
• Carry out any other instructions/minor repairs as directed by the Development manager.
• Conducting weekly fire alarm tests and ensure they are logged correctly.
• Management of the refuse removal strategy at the development.
• Follow C.O.S.H.H regulations, in particular the storage of hazardous substances

Skills and Experience

• Basic painting and decorating experience.
• General repairs and maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Exceptional communicator
• Attention to detail
