Our client is looking for an experienced Facilities Operative to work at a luxury development in South West London.
The role will be Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities will involve general cleaning duties and providing an excellent level of customer service to residents and assisting with any issues that may arise on-site.
Main Duties:
- Light and deep clean of communal Blocks ( staircase, handrails, carpets , communal doors and windows)
- Litter picking.
- Keeping the bin stores clean and well organised.
- Taking bins out for collection.
Candidates with similar experience in a similar roles would be very much desirable and experience working within the residential sector would also be welcomed.
You are expected to be flexible and undertake reasonable additional duties as required by the managing agent.
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Honest and Reliable.
- Team Player.
- Works well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
