Our client is currently seeking a day concierge at a luxury residential site near Barnet. Please see details below:
Shift Pattern:
4on 4off
Hours:
7am - 7pm - Day shift
Salary:
£25,000 per annum
Details:
- Taking meter readings as per requested by residents
- Assisting residents to top up their electrical meters (don't hand keys to residents)
- Being the first point of contact for residents, contractors and emergency services
- Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Selling annual parking permits once approved by the Management Team
- Selling pedestrian and vehicle fobs once approval given by the management team
- Contractor Permits to Works as issued by the FM coordinator to be signed
- Signing out and in keys and fobs via the excel tracker
- Key audit to take place by the day shift and night shift prior to handover daily
- Assisting all residents, emergency service and contractors passing relevant details to the management team
- Maintaining a pleasant and presentable workplace including the meeting room and the back office
- Taking meeting room bookings as directed by management team
- Organising the meeting room as per requested for the booking
- Complete the weekly auto dialer lift checks and passing information onto management team (FM)
- Monitor and send CSS to investigate fire alarm activation via the repeater panel in the back office
- Maintain an accurate DOR (Daily Occurrence Record) and send to the management team by 6am
- Taking bookings for the MUGA and update the outlook calendar
- Be proficient in using the CCTV and making recordings (Duty Manager to train)
- Registering new residents and issuing residents paperwork
- Ensure the occupancy spreadsheet is updated - checking details on the spreadsheet when residents visit / call. Report any discrepancies to the management team / duty manager
- Assist the duty manager and CSS with complaints as they arise
- Maintain the incident tracker / infringement track / maintenance tracker. (Duty Manager to train)
- Ensure any paperwork for parking ie V5 insurance documents are correct for every vehicle change or swop
Duties could include:
- Calling out lift engineers when a fault is reported
- Hand deliver letters to residents and or apartments as directed
- Place signage in blocks in a neat and tidy way using the process on site. (Duty manager to train)
- Visitors car parking booklets to be maintained and added to the banking forms
